SUMMER'S EASIEST TREND...UTILITARIAN CHIC

Hey Glams!!!

One of my favorite trends for the summer is "Utilitarian Chic." It's all about the casual trend of wearing military-inspired apparel that still looks polished and stylish. I'm so drawn to it because it's easy and fun! You look soo good without looking like you're really trying :). Key pieces that define this trend are: cargo pants, camouflage prints, t-shirts, gladiators, multiple pockets and colors such as olives, greens, khakis and grays.

Here are some of my favorite picks!
Utility Glam:
Dress $129.90 available at www.mangoshop.com

Utility Fun:
Cargos $59.90 available at www.mangoshop.com

Another cargo option is from J Brand $230 available at www.jbrandjeans.com

Utility Accessories:

Cara Accessories Belt $118 available at www.intermixonline.com

Willa Leather Buckle Cuff $48 available at www.freepeople.com

80%20 Open Toe Ankle Strap Booties $145 available at www.intermixonline.com

TOP 7 ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITES!

Hey Glams!!!

I don't know about all of you, but I do so much of my shopping online, so I wanted to share some of my favorite online spots!

Revolveclothing.com- is a-maze-ing! They have a huge selection of clothes, accessories and shoes for men and women. They carry well known staple designers, but they also have new designers, which I looooove! Their price points are great too! Another great thing about Revolve is that they always have coupon codes available where you can receive up to 10-20% off your purchase, so that means there's always a sale at Revolve! All you have to do is go to couponcabin.com or retailmenot.com and you can retrieve the code.

Tobi.com- is a great site to shop for designer clothing. What makes Tobi unique is that it has free shipping and you will get 1-to-1 service from one of their very own stylists who can help you shop and put looks together. You can chat with them online or call (888) TOBI-1-2-1.

Farfetch.com- is a site that connects shoppers in countries around the world with brick & mortar boutiques that would otherwise only reach customers in their immediate locales. The advantage is that you can browse more than just the mainstream and score items from lesser known labels as well.

Shopbop.com-
is the mother of all online shopping sites! They have it all and are always on trend! Some of their pieces are a little pricey, but you can definitely find the "must-have" looks for the season!

Anthropologie.com- is a classic online shop! I go to Anthro when I'm looking for cute, feminine pieces. I buy a lot of my Spring/Summer dresses and skirts from there, and they usually cost $150 or under. Another great thing about Anthro is all of their clothes fit true to size. I can order anything from Anthro and it's guaranteed to fit me!

Singer22.com- is for all the celeb obsessed people out there. They literally feature what the celebs are wearing and you can buy it right off of their site.

Urbanoutfitters.com- it's an oldie but goodie! I shop at Urban for staple pieces, and for the one or two trendy pieces I might want for the season, but don't want to spend a lot of money on. Some of my top finds at Urban are dresses, belts, tops and believe it or not great jackets. I recently bought this great stripe sequin tank that I wore out one night with a pair of jeggings and it was only $38. Check out the pic below...

Channel Your Inner Accessory Diva!!!

Hey Glams!!!!

Temperatures are rising, but your style doesn't need to falter. Keep it fresh and timely with Chanel's new J12 diving watch. This timepiece boasts not only a high-tech appeal, but HIGH FASHION as well! The bright blue bezel is a sporty spin on a classic diving watch.

I love mixing sporty and dressy. I would wear this watch all day and everyday of the Spring. It would take me from my office to a spring black-tie event. It cost a little much($4,900),but it's an accessory that you'll have for life!

Okay Glams...I know we all don't have that kind of money, so there's a great alternative...the Movado Bold watch is just as sophisticated and sporty and only cost $350-$500.
